Doro Health is a boutique, self-pay practice in Lititz, Pennsylvania focused on helping people move well and stay active throughout every stage of life. Our care model combines chiropractic, rehabilitation, patient education, and SoftWave Therapy to deliver individualized treatment plans that address the root cause of pain and dysfunction.
We intentionally schedule longer appointments, allowing providers the time to thoroughly evaluate patients, build meaningful relationships, and deliver high-quality care.
Location: Lititz, PA
Salary: $85,000-$100,000, based on experience
We are seeking a patient-centered chiropractor who values an evidence-based approach to care. The ideal candidate is passionate about integrating chiropractic care with movement and rehabilitation, enjoys educating patients, and is committed to continuous professional growth.

About the Role
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including functional assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
Provide chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy as appropriate.
Design and prescribe rehabilitation programs.
Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and long-term self-management strategies.
Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Jane App.
Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Participate in ongoing clinical education and mentorship.
Training will be provided on Doro’s clinical systems, patient experience, and SoftWave Therapy.
Responsibilities
qualifications
Required
Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
Active Pennsylvania license in your respective field, or eligibility to obtain one before employment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
Preferred
Experience with rehabilitation or exercise prescription.
Manual therapy experience.
Interest in sports medicine, strength training, or active populations.
