Event Waiver and Terms

By purchasing a ticket and participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

This event includes physical activity, including but not limited to Pilates, as well as optional use of sauna and cold plunge facilities. You understand that participation in these activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, dizziness, changes in heart rate, and other physical or medical complications.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Health and Fitness

You certify that you are physically able to participate in this event and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if you have any concerns.

You agree not to participate in sauna or cold plunge use if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have any medical conditions that may be affected by heat or cold exposure.

You agree to listen to your body, modify or stop participation as needed, and notify staff if you feel unwell at any time.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Doro, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, event partners, and affiliated vendors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in this event.

This includes, but is not limited to, any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participation.

Third-Party Services

You acknowledge that certain services provided during the event may be operated by third-party partners (including instructors, beverage providers, or recovery services). You agree that Doro is not responsible for the actions or services of these third parties, and you release them from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Personal Responsibility

You agree to follow all instructions, guidelines, and posted rules provided by Doro and its partners. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.

Personal Belongings

Doro is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the event.

Media Release

This event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you grant Doro the right to capture and use your image, likeness, or voice in photos or video for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes, without compensation.

Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase and attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Event Waiver and Terms.
